About The “Instagram” Data Market: Data Stocks Inc will broker and rent out the user’s Instagram Authorized Data Points in order to convert data into money. With the user's input, the Instagram applications and sessions can generate social media and search information, such as posts, shares, keywords content clouds, friends, followers, geolocation, clicks, history, durations, frequency of use, device types,, and other data points of interest.

Business Purpose: Social media habits and entertainment activities can help businesses understand their customers, their competitors’ customers, and future customers. With these Authorized Data Points, businesses can determine if the Instagram apps can be a strategic marketing channel, business insights, and research area of interest to consider and/or forecast growth trends.

Time & Delivery: Data Stocks Inc will broker and rent out the user’s Instagram Authorized Data Points in order to convert data into money for a contractual period of 180 days, which equivalent of a 6-month contract.  During this period, the user’s Instagram Authorized Data Points will be extracted and placed in a data rental platform where the requesting business or businesses use Big Data techniques and Business Intelligence (BI) software to view the data, without the ability to download that data for the user’s safety.

AUTHORIZED DATA POINTS

  1. Posts and Shares
    Posts, Shares or messages to a Instagram account or with the Instagram account.
  2. Quantity of Pics
    The quantity of pictures or messages with pictures on a Instagram account or with the Instagram account.
  3. Keyword Content Cloud
    The Instagram message content from the account can be formatted to produce keyword clouds.
  4. Duration
    The Time Duration of each Instagram Session.
  5. Frequency of Use
    The frequency the Instagram applications are activated for use.
  6. Keywords
    The Keywords and sentences used to trigger and activate the Instagram Search Engine to produce Search Engine Page Results (SERPs).
  7. Geolocation
    The named places and geo coordinates where and when the Instagram applications or sessions are or where active.
  8. History
    Any historical browsing activity with the agreed parameters of the Instagram applications and/or sessions.

  1. First Names
    The First Name of the user or associated contacts from Instagram sessions or applications will not be shared nor displayed in a rental environment.
  2. Last Names
    The Last Name of the user or associated contacts from Instagram sessions or applications will not be shared nor displayed in a rental environment.
  3. Emails
    The Email of the user or associated contacts from Instagram sessions or applications will not be shared nor displayed in a rental environment.
  4. Unfiltered Content
    The user’s unfiltered content will not be shared nor displayed in a rental environment.
  5. Phone Numbers
    The Phone Number of the user or associated contacts from Instagram sessions or applications will not be shared nor displayed in a rental environment.
  6. Physical Addresses
    The Physical Address of the user from Instagram sessions or applications or associated contacts will not be shared nor displayed in a rental environment.
  7. Pornographic Material
    If pornographic material is found in the user’s account, then it will be deleted upon detection and it will not be shared nor displayed in a rental environment.
  8. Illegal Material
    If illegal material is found in the user’s account, then it will be deleted upon detection and it will not be shared nor displayed in a rental environment.

About Data Points: Your privacy, satisfaction, and money-making data is important to us. Thus, each data stock in the data markets will have a unique list of Authorized Data Points and Banned Data Points in order for the app users and Data Stocks Inc to safely rent out data and make money.  Authorized Data Points are data points that will be shared in the data deals in order to produce money for you and Data Stocks Inc.  Banned Data Points are data points that will be avoided, delete if accidently collected, and/or will be denied from any data deals.
