About The “X" (Twitter) Data Market: Data Stocks Inc will broker and rent out the user’s “X" (Twitter) Authorized Data Points in order to convert data into money. With the user's input, the “X" (Twitter) applications and sessions can generate social media and search information, such as posts, shares, keywords, friends, followers, geolocation, clicks, history, demographic info, durations, frequency of use, device types, times of searches, and other data points of interest.

Business Purpose: Social media habits and search activities can help businesses understand their customers, their competitors’ customers, and future customers. With these Authorized Data Points, businesses can determine if the Twitter apps can be a strategic marketing channel and research area of interest to consider and/or forecast growth trends.

Time & Delivery: Data Stocks Inc will broker and rent out the user’s “X" (AKA Twitter) Authorized Data Points in order to convert data into money for a contractual period of 180 days, which equivalent of a 6-month contract.  During this period, the user’s “X" (AKA Twitter) Authorized Data Points will be extracted and placed in a data rental platform where the requesting business or businesses use Big Data techniques and Business Intelligence (BI) software to view the data, without the ability to download that data for the user’s safety.

AUTHORIZED DATA POINTS

  1. Posts and Shares
    Posts, Shares or messages to a Twitter account or with the Twitter account.
  2. Keyword Content Cloud
    The Twitter message content from the account can be formatted to produce keyword clouds.
  3. Quantity of Messages
    The quantity of messages (Tweets) produced by the user within the times of any of Twitter session or applications.
  4. Keywords
    The Keywords and sentences used to trigger and activate the Twitter Search Engine to produce Search Engine Page Results (SERPs).
  5. Friends & Followers
    The number and activities of Friends and associates in the Twitter network.
  6. Demographic
    The demographic data of the user and associates in the Twitter applications, sessions, and interactions.
  7. Carrier Information
    The carrier information required to receive and produce data within the Twitter applications.
  8. Duration
    The Time Duration of each Twitter Session.

BANNED DATA POINTS

  1. Time of Messages
    The timing of the Twitter messages (Tweets) produced by the user within the times of any session or applications.
  2. First Names
    The First Name of the user or associated contacts from Twitter sessions or applications will not be shared nor displayed in a rental environment.
  3. Last Names
    The Last Name of the user or associated contacts from Twitter sessions or applications will not be shared nor displayed in a rental environment.
  4. Emails
    The Email of the user or associated contacts from Twitter sessions or applications will not be shared nor displayed in a rental environment.
  5. Phone Numbers
    The Phone Number of the user or associated contacts from Twitter sessions or applications will not be shared nor displayed in a rental environment.
  6. Physical Addresses
    The Physical Address of the user from Twitter sessions or applications or associated contacts will not be shared nor displayed in a rental environment.
  7. Unfiltered Content
    The user’s unfiltered content will not be shared nor displayed in a rental environment.
  8. Pornographic Material
    If pornographic material is found in the user’s account, then it will be deleted upon detection and it will not be shared nor displayed in a rental environment.
